5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or defective item at no cost to you.
